Many of us can at different times in our lives benefit from a little assistance in the form of Stress Management and Lifestyle Advice.

In a safe, healing environment the practitioner will discuss with the client different aspects of their everyday lives to seek out together a solution for any problems which are being experienced. A timetable will be devised which may include all or some of the following:-

  • Exercise Plan
  • Guidance on Meditation
  • Dietary Advice
  • Stress Management
  • Self-help Remedies, for example use of herbal remedies/teas, use of oils and suggestions for creativity to suit the individuals' lifestyle

If necessary referral to the client's GP will be advised if appropriate before embarking on any given timetable.
